Startup Employment & Stock 101

This event is geared towards startup founders and employees on employment law and compensation matters. Startups tend to follow the "bro code" when it comes employment matters, but LA is one of the most litigious cities in the country when it comes to employment issues. Startup founders, come learn how to avoid getting sued in this area. For startup employees, we'll be having panelists present on things you should know when joining a startup, from how stock options work and when to exercise them to what your legal rights are as an employee.

RSVP here.

Food and drink will be provided. Plenty of parking in nearby public parking lots.

Panelists will include:

Phillip Cha, Employment & Labor Attorney

Lim Ruger & Kim LLP

Franklin Hsu, CFP, Managing Principal

Infinite Global Capital
